Disabled everything out of nothing

  • Developers decided to move most of the function to the pro version. Out of nothing so users had no time to look for an alternative or anything. Thats a no-go and we will for sure not go to pro version but will move to another developer.

    We made this incredibly tough decision as an alternative from completely removing the free plugin from the directory. Either way, we knew this would upset folks. But we figured at least keeping the plugin capable of creating simple forms for free was the best solution.

    I’m Drew, the owner of The Theme Foundry. I genuinely apologize for removing these features without more notice. You’re right, we should have given you time to look for an alternative. I’m sorry we let you down. While the communications should have been better, you should know The Theme Foundry is a small business (just 3 people) working hard on our products. These changes were necessary for us to continue to supporting HappyForms. Without paying customers, we would have been forced to discontinue the plugin.
