I’ve tried many configurations including linking to an extension and now a queue. Different browsers and OSes. The icon has a parameter in the tag of disabled=”disabled” and the icon has transparency as a sort of greyed-out state. The crazy thing is if I edit the HTML in my browser’s inspector and delete the parameter saying disabled=”disabled”, the icon shows full opacity, and clicking it works and runs the chat as normal. What is causing the plug-in to add that parameter to the tag? Thank you.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @jkejke

The issue is that URL is not properly configured on 3CX Management Console.

Please make sure that you have specified the following URL “https://ctitechnicalservices.com” by executing those steps:

    Thank you. This is exactly what I have done. I followed those directions. this is the tag: `<button id=”wplc-chat-button” title=”” disabled=”disabled” class=”button_3Kb46 minimized-button_3cubb bubble_Shtpk” style=”fill: rgb(255, 255, 255);”>

again, if I delete the disabled=”disabled” argument, it works fine. I might just write some javascript to remove it clientside. Which is stupid but here we are.
