Disabled Javascript

    We have set it such that keyboard edit is disabled and have to use date/time picker. However, it appears that if a user’s browser settings have disabled Javascript, the date/time picker will not appear and they can enter anything into the field. How do we prevent that? Thanks in advance for any advice.
