    Hi,

Love Mega Menu and have it operating on computer screens, it showed up along with normal menu on mobiles so followed guidelines on your documentation and disabled with CSS… however the mobile menu now just highlights but doesn’t drop down to display parent menus as it should?

Had a quick browse through support but couldn’t find anything.

    Please advise, thank you

    Hi Lucy,

It sounds like you’ve used the “Hide Sub Menus on Mobiles” CSS, try the “Hide Mobile Menu” CSS instead:

    Hi Tom,

That’s the exact code i’d already used. It has disabled the mega menu. The default menu is there but doesn’t respond… although it changes colour when pressed but access to the menu does not work.

Look forward to hearing from you

    Lucy

    Hi Tom
I apologise if I am not supposed to post here but I’m experiencing the same issue as Lucy. I’m using the Divi Theme with Divi Booster if that helps.

Lucy, please could you post a link to your site?

LadyPhoenix, please could you start a new topic including a link to your site? (its unlikely to be the exact same issue)

    Hi again

Ive enabled the mega menu again on mobiles as there was no way for mobile users to navigate the site.

If I decide to just have the mega menu enabled as above, how would I disable the original menu as it’s showing above the mega menu. I’d rather it not be permanent though in case anything happens to the mega menu.

    Thank you

    Hi Lucy,

Thanks for the link. I’ve added instructions for the Dynamic News Lite theme here:

    Tom,

    I’m back!!

The menu doesnt sit pretty with mobiles so decided to revert back to the original theme menu while I decide what to do…. the main menu on computer screens are back to normal but now have no menu on mobiles.

    Any idea what’s happened?

    Kind regards

    Hi Lucy,

I’m not sure sorry. I can’t see any traces of MMM on your page. If you made any edits to the theme or changed any settings before I wrote the integration instructions then you’ll need to revert those too. If you didn’t make any other edits you’ll need to ask the theme developer where the mobile menu has gone (MMM itself does not edit any of your theme files – once it is disabled it leaves no traces)

    Regards,
    Tom
