Disables Top Tier Menu when Dropdown is added in Divi Themes

I’m using the Divi Theme and I realize as soon as I added a dropdown list the top tier turned into a did link (#) instead of going to it’s respective page. I also tried using a custom link and the same thing happen. Any suggestions?
