    Hi,
So I have a redirect processor setup so that once the form is submitted it will take the client to a “thank you” page. I did not like how a “redirect message” was required in order to use the feature so I disabled AJAX submissions in my settings since once the form is sumbitted – I want it to go straight to the thank you page, not show a message first.

That solved my problem with the message showing up before the page is redirected, however I noticed that now my file uploader status bar no longer seems to show anything when the submit button is pressed.

Is there any way to keep the visual feedback of the status bar visible with AJAX submissions disabled?

    Ajax Submissions DISABLED

    Thank you,
    Shaun

Something I just realized also is, when AJAX is disabled file uploads appear to not work at all so I suppose its a requirement if you need to use that feature in your form. Its too bad there is no way to disable the message and make it optional.

    Hi there,

Thanks for using Caldera Forms, it means a lot to us.

As you noticed, it is not an option within Caldera Forms to disable AJAX submissions and still have the capabilities for file uploads and the status bar – both of these features require AJAX submissions.

We have a redirect message before the redirect page due to customer feedback that this feature was essential for good experiences for their users. If you believe it would be helpful to you to have the ability to disable the redirect message from within the redirect processor, you can suggest this enhancement on our GitHub and get other users to comment that it would be useful to them too – this is one of the ways in which we prioritize the development of enhancements to Caldera Forms. https://github.com/CalderaWP/Caldera-Forms/issues

Sorry again, and I hope you still continue to find the plugin useful.
