Disabling cart icon on mobile only

Have you tried CSS with @media rule like below?

@media only screen and (max-width: 600px) {
    /* YOUR MOBILE STYLE HERE */
}

@media only screen and (max-width: 600px) {
.et-cart-info { display:none; }
}

and this worked for me!
