Disabling HTML template and line breaks

    Oh, and of course adding <br /> does not work either unless HTML template is on, which I don’t want. Unless I can modify that HTML template somehow.

    i think you write your text in Text Area, but dont write HTML code !

    i dont see </br> tag or <p> or …

    Hi @mgsolidus,

    Try to use the visual editor instead of the text editor to see if this changes the behavior of the outgoing mail. Also, try to change the plugin that you use for editing your outgoing email templates.
