Disabling Loading Effect

  • I want to use a3 Lazy Load. But I’m having problems with the theme. When I turn on a3 Lazy Load, there is slippage in the blocks. This issue is caused by the Loading Effect. It would be nice to have the feature to disable the Loading Efect feature.
    How can I do it now?
