Hi, curious… I have some downloadable products and some products that do not have a need for stock reduction. If I do not indicate inventory, I get the message “This item is not available at this time due to pending orders.”

Is there a way to not have stock management on these items? (It looks kind of funny to have to put a stock amount on a downloadable product :)).

    Thank you!

If you don’t have “Manage Stock” checked for the product then the plugin shouldn’t be doing anything related to it.

Though it is possible there is a bug in your specific case. Can you take screenshots of the plugin configuration and the specific product settings? Also let me know what version of WooCommerce you are using and any other Woo related plugins.

Hi and thanks for the quick response!

I am still using Woo 2.6.14 and your plugin version 1.75. I am planning on updating in the next few days :).

    Other plugins:
WooCommerce Menu Cart (needs updating but working with 2.6.14)
WooSwatches (needs updating but working with 2.6.14)
    WooCommerce Cart Based Shipping

Humm, I do not see where I can upload screenshots… Ideas?

Basically, if I don’t have manage stock checked, on frontend I get the message: “This item is not available at this time due to pending orders.”

You’ll have to upload/host your images elsewhere and link them in here. Though since you aren’t running the latest code I would upgrade first since numerous issues were resolved.

Thanks so much for the support. Yep, updating everything resolved the issue. Sorry to have wasted your time. next time I will update first before asking :).
