Disabling the messages from plugin

@robcnz The Dashboard Notification Opt-Out is a feature of the Pro version. (If you click the Pro Preview button inside the Lite version and then visit Dashboard → Comet Cache → Automatic Cache Clearing, you’ll see the Pro-only option that allows disabling those.)

We recognize the need to simplify those Dashboard notices, as they can get out of hand on sites with lots of cache files. We have a feature request open for compact Dashboard notices and I recommend leaving a comment over there to show your vote for that feature if you’re interested. ??
