Disabling the shopping cart function

I have a WP-Woocommerce site that my client wants to run without the e-comm for a few months. Once he has his inventory sorted out he then wants the full e-commerce package. Is that possible? In other words only have the product & prices shown, but without the ‘add to cart’ button working? Please could someone help me do this?
