Disallow File Edit

    I have this pesky warning that I dont know how to remedy.

    DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT is set to TRUE. You will not be able to edit files with File Manager. Please set DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT to FALSE

    How do I set it to true? What do I set to true?
