Disallow front end to add their own tags ?

    Hi, have you folks any thoughts about updating the Front End Submissions Add-on so that folks are kept from adding in their own tags? It’s become quite a pain sorting through all the submissions to find the ones that’ve been added by folks.

    I’d rather they stick to ONLY those tags I have set up.

    BTW, just did a check and it’s even worse than I thought.

    Unless I’m missing something somewhere within the settings, anyone can come along and wreak havoc on my site by setting up all sorts of tags and such and those tags will still be there EVEN if I delete their submission. This REALLY needs to be fixed.

    The only solution is to hide the Tag field using CSS. Also, you are welcome to suggest an option for this on Timely Product ideas page: https://ideas.time.ly/, upvote an existing request or make a new request there.

    Okay, I’ll post it at the Suggestion page.

    But I’m curious. Is there a way to change the way that form looks? ‘and add something to it. If I was able to add a note just above the Tags / Categories Selectors telling people not to add their own tags and such then that’d be helpful.
