disallow space in required field

If you need a certain minimum length data from user, consider using minlength

Ok i agree, space is not empty field. Say i add 200 char limit and the person enter spaces to fill the limit how can i avoid that ??

just add this onchange to text/textarea input tags of your form

note that it will also remove spaces before and after any entered text. That’s usually ok
