Disallowed attribute or attribute value present in HTML tag.

I have just had the same problem after the latest update. Hopefully the dev guys are aware and, if it’s a problem with the update, will sort it asap.

I manage multiple websites and after the last update all of my sites have pages with the “Disallowed attribute or attribute value present in HTML tag” error. How do I go about fixing these issues?

I have latest plugin but I am getting the following errors in Google webmaster console:
Issues
– An AMP component ‘script’ tag is present, but unused.
– The author stylesheet specified in tag ‘style amp-custom’ is too long – the limit is 75000 bytes.
– Disallowed attribute or attribute value present in HTML tag.

Yes, having the same error after the update. This plugin does this all the time. This is not the first time.Devs need to work something up. Before we are penalized by google and our traffic tanks

This is not an issue from our plugin. This is occurring because of the recent update of the Yoast SEO plugin. It is going to be fixed in the next update of the Yoast plugin. For temporary fix, please disable the ‘Enhanced Slack sharing’ feature in SEO->General-Features.

After disabling Yoast Seo Enhanced Slack Sharing from Feature Tab, this problem is gone.

I disabled Yoast enhanced slack sharing but Google console still showing the following issues:

– An AMP component ‘script’ tag is present, but unused.
– Only amp-boilerplate and amp-custom ‘style’ tags are allowed, and only in the document head.
– Disallowed attribute or attribute value present in HTML tag.
