• I used jilt before for all my remarketing emails. This was the best plugin available but unfortunately they closed. I subscribed to growmatik hoping to have the same service and even better as they advertise it but it is really far from being equivalent :

    – Abandoned Cart mails can only be sent to registered users (not guests as Jilt used to do by getting the mail adresses from the checkout form without the need for the user to process).

    – There is no carts regeneration so only logged in users can see their abandoned cart if they click on the link in the mail (if they click from a different device they will be sent in an empty cart).

    – There are NO REGISTRATION FORM provided neither triggers possible to send mail upon registration. You can integrate with WPform and woocommerce BUT there is a delay before the user get its mail (from 1H to… I still dont understand how long). So if you want like me to offer 10% immediate reduction to your newsletter subscribers, forget about it.

    – The support is not so good. Take generally 1 day to answer and you get 1 message then the person disappear until next day. You are never able to have a complete discussion with someone to solve the problem. So it has been 5 days now I try to understand and solve problems, when it could have taken 1H total if someone would be available and would stay connected with me.

    – Email templates cannot be tailored for different devices. You don’t get to choose to display images / products on 2 columns on mobile for example. You can’t choose how the mobile version is displayed. In a world where 90% of internet traffic is on smartphone, it is really such a pitty.

Overall I think I will just leave that application for now, until they get better maybe.

    Also forgot to say :
    – The documentation / tutoriels are not that good or detailed. I couldnt find basic answers to my questions such as “what does “sign up” means in the trigger choice to send email”. Again I had to wait 2 days to get that answer and understand fully which user will be targeted.

Hello and thank you for your feedback.

    – Abandoned Cart for guests is in development and carts regeneration is in consideration.

    – Growmatik transactional emails (targeted by event triggers in the automation dashboard) such as ‘place an order’ are rolled out almost immediately. But store sign up is an exception and we are working to make it immediate soon as well.

    – More email layout builder features such as responsive controls and HTML editors are coming soon.

    – Our documentation website is getting its second version soon with new docs and more features.
