disappear bug other plugin settings on Admin Panel

I notice that the settings link disappear from Admin Panel for the plugin (All In One WP Security & Firewall).
I detective your plugin, and the plugin “All In One WP Security & Firewall” show correctly.
Other thing when i have your plugin activated it show on 2 places on Admin panel , one on the root of admin panel and the other is inside “Settings”
