Disappeared product rating in GMC

hi,

I noticed a strange problem today – all my product reviews have disappeared in Google Merchant Center (so far they have been working for many months).

I didn’t make any changes to the site or the GMC. Only thing I did was plugin update (4th and 5th July were updates) … could they cause the problem?

I wrote to google support and the chat technician couldn’t tell me what the problem was (he called it “weird”) and couldn’t find a solution.

Feed uploads correctly (it shows 108 reviews without any rating). Other feed like product feed works perfectly.

I tried to solve problem by upload again product feed to GMC but without result.

I will be grateful for your help and for trying to solve the problem.
