Disappeared theme options

  • Hello
    I’m using Virtue theme and I need to make some changes in appearance but did not appear theme options section.
    Could you please help me with this issue. I appreciate it

    Hey,
    You should see Theme Options under the Appearance tab in the admin panel. Is this not the case for you? Have you tried deactivating plugins?

    Vitue No show Theme Options under the Appearance tab in the admin panel. yes I tried deactivating plugins but no Work, so i need desinstall virtue theme, activate other theme (pinacle) and yes work, yes show theme options, begin reinstall virtue theme again last version , but no show theme options.
    Help me please, i think my website a hard crash.

    Hey,
    You have to have the virtue toolkit installed for the theme options to show.
    This is per the recent change in theme guidelines here on www.ads-software.com.

    I have installed and activate but no′t show. (I try desinstall and install again toolkit but no′t show.

    Hmm ok could be that your server is blocking it. Try installing this plugin as a test: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/redux-framework/
