Disappearing Abandoned Carts ? Does it happen to you ?

    hello,

    it already happened few times to me, I saw an abandoned cart in the list
    /wp-admin/admin.php?page=woocommerce_ac_page&action=listcart

    I didn’t look more, but the next day, when trying to check, the abandoned cart was not listed anymore, and after checking, I am sure that this customer didn’t succeed to order.
    I checked the settings and saw that this option
    Automatically Delete Abandoned Orders after X days
    was not filled.

    Now I filled it with 365 days, but is it possible that my previous abandoned carts were deleted because i didn’t fill this field ?
    Or can you see any other reason ?

    Hi @catcadnoe,

    We are not able to replicate this problem at our end. We are able to see the abandoned orders listed at our end from the last few days. They are not getting disappeared until the days I have set in the “Automatically Delete Abandoned Orders after X days” option.

    But if this option was set to blank on your site then abandoned orders should not have been removed. We will need some more details about this issue so can you please create a support ticket for this issue from here? We will continue our further communication there.
