disappearing bullet points when using “” “” around a list

  • Hi, it seems that when creating my bullet point lists in the tabs, the “<ul>” and “</ul>” functions cause the “<li>” “</li>” items bullet points to disappear, yet the text is still indented. But when these are removed “<ul>” and “</ul>” then the bullet points become visible. Can you please help me clarify the issue. Thanks!

    I tested this on my end and I’m not able to replicate the issue – https://share.zight.com/X6uj10zb. The bullet points are visible. Can I have the URL of the product page where I can see the issue? Can you also try the same HTML code on the description part (or anywhere else that accepts and displays HTML code) of the product and see if the bullet points will be displayed? Please also send a screenshot of the HTML code you are using.

    Hi Carl,

    Thanks for your reply. I’ve attached some screenshots of issue. After testing, it does work on the description part, but not in the other tabs. I have tried from the global tab creation location, as well as from the single product page tab override area. Neither seem to work for me.
