Disappearing entries

Hi there,

I imported a large amount of entries from two sources, Movable Type and Blogger. As I was going through and changing the post status, titles and categories for some of my entries, I found that some of them were disappearing after I saved them rather than applying the changes I made. I don’t even know where these entries went, they just don’t exist anymore. I have a feeling the database may have corrupted and I might need to erase everything and start over. Has anyone experienced this? What should I do? Thanks for your help!!
