Disappearing graph above Marketplace

I am a newbie and noticed a small graph-like set of vertical lines above “Marketplace” on the website black banner running under the URL field/tabs of my browser, sometimes associated with a number like “+22” or “+27” etc.

Two days ago, and I don’t recall making any changes to my settings, etc., when I clicked on the graph, I got an error message saying that I do not have enough permissions.

I am looking for an understanding and the fix…. thank you in advance!
