Disappearing hamburger menu on mobile (no changes, recent issue)

    The mobile menu will attempt to load (will pop orange and then disappear). This was working several days ago and prior to WordPress 5.6.2

    Using theme digiqole and if I turn off ElementsKit Mega Menu from the menu just to test, it shows up perfectly. I don’t know what I can do to resolve.

    Hello @cvalius ,

    Please make sure you are using the latest version of ElementsKit and latest version of Digiqole theme.

    After that if the problem still persists please open a support ticket at our support center. We will inspect the problem properly and will try to give you a quick solution as well.

    Fully updated, still occurs, working with Prosenjit from wpmet right now. Hope to hear more soon and will update. Being troubleshooted now. Great service thus far.

    We have replied to your support ticket with the fix. The issue was generating from the theme and the theme author will include the fix in their next update. Please follow your support ticket for further instructions.

    The team here at ElementsKit did a tremendous job. They have contacts with some of the theme makers and they tracked the issue from outside of their company, to their partner and then back to me. This was a timely fix over a weekend as well. Way to go team.
