Disappearing profile fields

  • Somehow, when I load my /wp-admin/profile.php page for any user, the entire “Personal Options” Section disappears.

    The strange thing is that if you view the source of the page, it is still there…

    I can’t recall what I changed as it was showing just a few days ago.
    I need this back because I can’t re-enable my toolbar that somehow got disabled in the first place.

    Tried…

    • Changing themes
    • Deactivating plugins

    Also, I forgot to mention:
    If your connection is slow enough, you can see the section load for about a half second and then dissapears.
