Disappearing Visual Editor with this plugin

The WordPress Visual Editor disappeared and after disabling plugins it reappeared. I turn each plug in on “one at a time” and once I activated Contact Form Builder 1.0.26 the Visual Editor disappeared again. Thoughts?
