Disappears/collapses on mobile

  • This just started recently. On a mobile page load, the TOC box seems to appear at first but then collapses/disappears. It works fine on desktop view.

    I determined it has nothing to do with my caching and JS/CSS optimizations because I turned all that off and the issue persisted.
