Disappointed

  • Since last version randomly some places stopped to be shown. Not even adding them manually would make them appear again.

    I hoped this to be solved with the last 2.4.91 but things just got worse, and more ads disappeared.. I patched the problem installing the old 2.3.85 but I need to know if things are going to be better, or we should look at other solutions like Advertising Manager plugin.

    It’s a real shame because everything always worked fine until the next to last version.

  • I’m thinking about other solutions as well. It’s major time investment switching a fairly complex plugin, so I’d rather avoid that. Wondering why, since this issue has existed since 2.4.90, why the developer hasn’t even responded, yet released an update.

    I’ve actually got a private answer from the author last 8 October saying: “Do not worry! Coming soon” so I was really looking forward to the last release, which did not correct a thing.

    I believe WordPress urged him to patch the upload things and he ran out of time to fixing the bugs, still release the new version with the new feature in it, which eventually broke up other working features too.

    I would be happy to pay for this plugin if the support was a tad better.

    Just an addition: the 2.3.85 is so bugged I have to deactivate every time I want to change the size of an attachment inside a post/page.

    Anyone could suggest an alternative plugin?
