Great idea and functionality in this plug in, I thought I found what was looking for; lots of options to extend product offering but has limitations that may or may not work for you.
Key issues: I upgraded and bought paid version of the plugin thinking it’ll solve the problem, well it didn’t. Reached out to support staff to see why the validations are not working, it took few attempts to get their attention. Finally when I got their attention, they promised the issue will be resolved in the new release. Beta release finally came out after 6+ weeks and guess what, the core issue I had to begin with is not even addressed.
I’m sorry to say this but after two months I’m told that the plugin can’t support the validation at the product level with multi color options, why waste my time… I would’ve asked for refund when I had the window because I don’t believe I can use this for some of our products the way it’s designed.
