Disappointed with Service Level

Since the review I have posted, I have edited it to provide 4* and an update. Seems the issue faced by me was as a result of the update process, and the delay in responses due to a problem in their CRM system … everything is up and running now.
Honestly speaking, the Bookly system has been relatively faultless but Ladela have to address the frequency of updates required that seem to be tied into the WP updates. This is annoying as we only know about it when customers report problems with bookings.
So come on Ladela/Bookly … I have edited my review but also spoken the truth .. now improve things from your end please.

At first I was very happy and received good service. I have noticed these days that Bookly make very frequent updates without notification.
Recently we tried to update and had an error in the update process. As a result we lost the ability to accept Stripe CC payments even though we have the Bookly Pro.
We could not lose revenue and I assumed that Bookly had made the Stripe addon a payable one, so purchased it.
But till no luck …
The team were quick to check and correct the issue but broke the entire site. I had to recover the site and disable the Bookly addon.
Several days later and the support team is not responding or fixing the issue. Nor have I received a refund as Stripe is included in Bookly Pro.
I have now had to reset the entire site to a previous backup and get the lost data entered manually.VERY DISAPPOINTED – ALL THEY NEEDED TO DO WAS RESPOND!
Am now looking at alternatives.
