Disappointing

Has a lot of the functionality you’d need in a redirection plugin but lacks polish and has some strange design choices. For example, when you’re on the Options page the bottom button, normally Save or Update, is Delete. Seriously. Clicking it deletes all of your data and settings without a confirmation modal! This is just bad design and could cause some serious heartache.

Moving beyond design, there are real problems with importing. The process isn’t documented (that I could find) and there is no sample file, so you’ll need to create some redirects and export to get the template. Should be easy enough, but exporting is buried in the Modules section for some reason which took me a while to find and was frustrating.

So, -1 star for bad design and -1 star for the poorly implemented import/export process. -1 final star because after I finally did import, my redirects didn’t work and I have no idea why. There are so many unanswered support threads here and people complaining about the lack of support that I’m just moving on to greener pastures.
