disappointing customer support

this plugin is great when it works and i like it. what i dont like is the customer support. they arent too quick when responding to requests, and a lot of times, your question doesnt even get a response.

ive followed some threads, and their support comments just stopped occurring, even after additional users posted follow up questions. some threads are months old too.

ive tried the wordpress forums, and the forums on their site, and i never got a response from them, rather, the knowledgeable wordpress members, which i am grateful for.

i really hope they improve their customer relations
