Disappointing Customer Support

  • Recently bought the Elementor Pro version and started to experience bugs. Contacted customer support but no answers. It has been 3 days ! Customer support sucks big time…

  • 3 days? That’s nothing, I’ve been trying to get billing issue sorted for more than a month and still no answer. I’ve explained the issue to them multiple times, and everytime they ask the same stupid questions and then stop responding for a week or so and then ask the same questions
