Disappointment

Interesting comment, maybe more context is needed:

You decided not to renew your license. Once a license expires, you can’t activate it, you don’t have access to updates, and you no longer have access to support. The plugin will continue to work on a site where it’s already installed.

All these is explained in our terms of use, and on any product page right under the pricing table.

When I write this, your expired license is still working on one site. The plugin is active there, but not updated. The other domain where you had the license active in the past is no longer online.

I paid to use the plugin on 10 sites. When I want to do it – I can’t because the license has expired. I don’t want your support or update. I just want to use the plugin on 10 sites, because I already paid for it. When writing to you, you stopped replying.. extremely incorrect!

You paid a one year license for 10 domains.

The plugin was used on 3 sites and while trying to install it on the next one – one license was removed. You refused to add it – even on the site use it in the one year it was paid for..

You have your point of view. You lose – we’ll find other developers to pay..

Never pixel your site again and will not recommend it to anyone. It’s not worth the trouble..

All you ever paid for was a one year, ONE domain license with a $50 discount code. You then upgraded this license to 10 domains for free, using a discount code.
