Disaster following update (I think)

    Hi, I ‘think’ I did an update earlier, but not 100% sure… Anyway, all been well for several weeks. Then this afternoon I get a permanent re-direct on my wp-admin login. Disable all plugins and it’s this one that’s caused it. After I switch it back on ALL content (pages and events and posts) from site have vanished.

    Strange but true. I have restored from a backup but feeling nervous about switching it back on.

    Can you help?

    Hi @jassyjas,

    If you’re getting a redirect loop the issue is caused due to a conflict with other plugins installed on your site. 99% of all users having this issue, is always caused by another plugin. This is high likely happening because in v2.0 WPUM now ties itself to the original WP’s login/registration and password recovery links of WordPress. So what’s happening is that something else on your setup is adding another redirect on top of WP’s ( now replaced ) urls.

    My suggestion is to do the opposite, disable other plugins one by one and see if any of them is causing the issue. If the issue persits, please send an email to support[at]wpusermanager.com with a site url and temp admin account so I can have a look at it.

    Not sure what time zone you’re on… I’m in the UK. I emailed yesterday but no response so far so just thought I’d check if you got it. Am obvs quite anxious to resolve this urgently. Thank you for your support.

    Have just forwarded emails from different email account… Here’s a link to a screenshot showing this happening. In TwentySeventeen with all other plugins disabled.
