    There is no issue here: the display is intended this way! This third area is only for special purposes like legal info/ “small print” stuff…
    In most cases it won’t be used I guess… It is displayed by default AFTER the footer and outside of the footer container. Some child themes also may require some additional CSS styling for it as I cannot inherit theme styles in this place.

    Use of this area really depends on what you want do there in this bottom area. – So my question is what do you want to display there? Maybe there are better other solutions?
