Disclaimer Popup Form

    Is ther a plugin that lets a visitor Accept a disclaimer that doesn’t keep showing up each time they visit the site (or even the page within one visit)? I tried EMC 2 Popup Disclaimer form but it has the annoying habit of doing the above. Have tried contacting the developer without success. I would like it to show up on a specific page as well, not the home page. Thanks.
