Disclaimer text on checkout

I’m new to WooCommerce and I’m trying to add something my client has requested for the checkout page. She wants a disclaimer saying ‘By clicking ‘Confirm Order’ you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy’ but I can’t work out how to add that in on the checkout page, can anyone help?
