• Hello,
    How can I disconnect the account I’m logged in, inside the TikTok pixel plugin for Woocommerce?
    Deleting and reinstalling the plugin doesn’t seem to work.

    UPDATE: reading in the support documents I noticed that the “disconnect” button is missing from the Settings tab.

    @tommaso99 – Deactivating the TikTok for WooCommerce integration should disconnect your account and allow you to start setup again. Please share any additional information or screenshots if this is not working or you get an error message.

    Steps to Disconnect the TikTok for WooCommerce Plugin:
    – Go to Plugins > Installed Plugins
    – Go to TikTok for WooCommerce
    – Click Deactivate

    After clicking Activate again you should be able to start the setup again.

    You can also try to log out of TikTok and TikTok for Business to ensure the Plugin does not automatically detect your login status from the TikTok for Business website.
