I am not able to disconnect plugin on site from my pinterest account. Instead I get redirected to a welcome screen but connection is alive. Please help. Beside, I had in the past version 1.0 installed and that did not work with that Pinterest account.

    Hi @christian1983
    Well, I tried with 1.0.2.

Beside after checking Woocommerce Status page, I saw a table created by plugin which did not respect table-prefix? Thats a bug too? I have set database tables prefix to something other than wp_xxx.

In the meantime I found under settings a checkmark for removing all settings from plugin and I did so: saved that checkmark, deactivated plugin and deleted plugin. But table “wp_pinterest_xxx” wha still there. Now I removed that table from database manual but did not gave plugin another try.

the plugin “Pinterest for WooCommece” doesn’t create any table, so must be from another plugin.

    Hello @lesleenita

You can describe exactly what problem you are facing. What kind of messages are you getting, whether it’s a feed shutdown or a catalog on the site.

Here is a screen shot of the issue. I have deleted the plugin, deleted the plugin folder, cleared cache on server and browser. It is not releasing the account no matter what I do.

    Hello @lesleenita

Go through onbording and follow the steps below

    1. Go to Settings tab on “Marketing > Pinterest”
    2. Disable “Enable product sync”
    3. Enable “Erase Plugin Data” and Save
    4. Go to Connection tab on ?”Marketing > Pinterest”
    5. Disconnect your accoun by clicking on “Disconnect”?
    6. Deactivate and uninstall “Pinterest for WooCommerce”
    — At this point no feed should be present on /wp-content/uploads, no settings on the table wp-options, no Scheduled actions related to Pinterest and no feed registered on Pinterest—`
