The website https://www.bavariannut.com/ was having issues with jetpack, so I disconnected and planned to reinstall..but when I disconnected, it removed the site totally from my wp-admin email, so I can’t even see it under “my sites” to reinstall jetpack.

How can I get jetpack back on and also have the site show under my login again?

When I go to bavariannut.com/wp-admin and login, I now get “There has been a critical error on this website”

    Hi @mf86

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your site! Most of the time, errors like what you’re seeing on your site are caused by a corrupt plugin or theme.

Your site doesn’t show up on your WordPress.com login because it is currently not connected. When you regain access to your wp-admin dashboard and reconnect Jetpack, you’ll be able to access your site though WordPress.com again.

If you don’t have access to your admin panel, try manually resetting your plugins, perhaps starting with Jetpack (no dashboard access required).

If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that doesn’t work, or if you don’t know your FTP information, I’d recommend reaching out to your host (Hostmonster) as they would likely be able to assist you with this.

Let us know if you have any questions on this!

    Hi @mf86

I’m glad you go the issue with your WP Admin resolved.

However, it looks like Jetpack isn’t connected to your site. To resolve this, please try reinstalling Jetpack and reconnecting to WordPress.com. You can follow these steps to do that:

    1. Start at **Plugins** → **Installed Plugins**.
    2. If Jetpack is currently active, click **Deactivate** to disable it. Then click **Delete** to remove it from your site:
    3. Go to **Plugins**? → **Add New**.
    4. Search for “Jetpack by WordPress.com”.
    5. Click **Install** and then **Activate**.

When Jetpack is installed, click the green **Set up Jetpack** button to reconnect.

This handy guide explains that process in more detail:

You shouldn’t lose any settings or any of your stats or subscribers in doing so, as that info is stored in our system here.

    hello @mf86
I’m facing same issue, can you please share how did you fixed it?
    Thank you.
