Disconnected Site from WP Admin, Can't access

Good morning. I need help getting back access to my Admin so I can delete some old posts. This morning when I tried to log int to my Admin I received this error, every time I attempted to access any function:

In an attempt to resolve it I clicked “Disconnect site” and now I can’t seem to access ANYTHING. I have no idea what to do next. Could someone please assist?
