Hello! I have encountered a strange problem while using Google Site Kit plugin. I was trying to connect my AdSense account to the plugin, so that the page can be monetized. My account has been given permisson by the owner to see all stats displayed by the plugin, however when I logged in to the plugin, I still received the error that “I do not have permission to access the stats and analysis.”

This is where the larger problem started. I wanted to fix it quickly by disconnecting my account from the plugin, and then re-connect it. However, when I disconnected it, the website went blank and received the “this website can’t be reached” error by chrome and other browsers. The website was working fine on all other devices, but mine. After contacting my host provider, we figured out, that my computers IPv4 address has been blocked. We manually unblocked it, made my way back to the wordpress dashboard, worked around with other plugins to check if any of them had any issues, but then I entered the Google Site Kit plugin, tried to disconnect from my account again, and ran into the same problem.

If there is any way ensuring that my IP address is not blocked each time I try to disconnect my account from Site Kit plugin, I would be glad to know.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Thanks for getting in touch @barnabasepres. So we can determine more on what’s happening, and provide you with the most appropriate steps to resolve this, please share the following:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.??
    2. A screen recording of your experience. You can use a service such as Loom or RecordIt to share a screen recording, while using the same form to share this privately.?
    3. When you mention “After contacting my host provider, we figured out, that my computers IPv4 address has been blocked“, can you confirm what changes you made here at host level? For example when you encounter this repeatedly, do you have to revisit your sites hosting to make changes?

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.
