Discord not connecting with new members

  • List shows status Not Connected for Discord on all members even though they completed signup. Force Discord is selected for checkout. How do I get the users to add the discord to their profile?

    I did a test with my test account and found this case worked for me.
    Make sure you are using the latest version of Both PMPRO and This Discord ADDON.
    Let me more specific details of your setup so I can perform tests.

    My plugins are set to auto update and they are currently on the latest version.

    What specific settings do you need to know? Is the a log file or something I can report to show you?

    I now have 2 of my ~40 members that were properly assigned the role in Discord. I cannot find any instructions on how to ensure the users have properly connected the WP account with Discord.
