    Hi,

A coupon will appear in the coupon email if spinner got that coupon, then he can copy and apply for his purchase. The coupon will be applied based on cart total, I can see this coupon applied in your image: https://prnt.sc/v927ny
It will include or exclude the shipping fee depended on your setting in the Unique coupon tab, the option:

Allow free shipping – Check if the coupon grants free shipping. A free shipping method must be enabled in your shipping zone and be set to require “a valid free shipping coupon” (see the “Free Shipping Requires” setting).

    Best regards.

You can see here that the basket total (ex shipping) is £23.98.
The voucher code was for 20% off – I would of expected to see the discount apply £4.80

    Hello

Same issue here, clients report that they dont have 10% discount on more products.
Just single product, but The maximum number of individual items this coupon can apply to when using product discountis set blank bit showing 0.
Set to 999 but no results
100 euro gives 5 euro discount instead of 10 euro with 10% discount on multiple products.

    Any solution?

    Hi,

Percentage coupon will be applied per cart total amount, not for each single product. Please follow this guide to use WooCommerce coupon. Please try to change the probability for each coupon in percentage type and check again.

    For example:

100% probability for a coupon 20% off => Check whether coupon can be applied correctly.
    100% probability for a coupon 30% off => Check

    Best regards.

    Hi all,

Regarding the problem with coupon only applied for items, not all cart total amount, this is basically your current coupon setting:

In WooCommerce, please go to WooCommerce > Coupons, go to the Usage limits, in the Limit usage to X items, set the value “0” or leave blank, you can see this image: https://prnt.sc/vh4aqv.This correction is for existing coupons in WooCommerce and for which existing coupons your customers had received before.

To correct for unique coupon generated from our plugin, please go to the Unique coupon tab of this plugin settings, in the Limit usage to X items option, similarly set to the value “0” or leave bank.

    Best regards.
