    Hello All,

    I have 2 levels of discount : 15% then 10%

I would like to have the 10% over the amount of (initial – 15%) and not have 25% like it’s actually working.

Is there any solution to do this ?

    Regards

    Philippe

    Hello @philippe07

Thank you for choosing our plugin.

    We apologize for the inconveience.

If you are using cart discount rules, then you can refer to the WooCommerce settings – general tab and try the “Calculate coupon discounts sequentially”. In case this option can’t help you, then to do a 25% discount you should use one discount instead of “10% + 5%” discount.

You can create a “25%” discount and set its “Apply mode: apply this rule and disregard other rules” and another “10% discount”. The 25% discount should be on top of the 10% discount. You can prioritize the rules by reordering them in the discount list.

For the pricing rules, it is not possible to apply multiple pricing rules on a product.

    I hope it helps.

    Best regards

    Hi @philippe07

Yes, you can have multiple cart discount rules in the cart.

Normally, cart discount rules apply the discount on the cart subtotal. For example if you create a 10% and another 5% discount and the cart subtotal is 100$

    • Discount A: 10% of 100$ = 10$
    • Discount B: 5% of 100$ = 5$

You can also prioritize the rules by reordering them in the discount list page and use “Apply mode” of the rules to decide which coupon should be applied. There is “Apply with other rules” and “Apply this rule and disregard other rules” for the “Apply mode”.

If you want to “Calculate coupon discounts sequentially”refer to the WooCommerce settings – general tab and enable the “Calculate coupon discounts sequentially”.

    I hope it helps.

    Best regards
