Discount code doesn’t show up

    Discount code doesn’t showup in the orders tabs or in the settings → discount codes. I’m using knit pay gateway addon. The discount codes work but it doesn’t show how many times it got used. If I use a discount code with full discount (discount code – free, initial payment – $0), then those discount codes showup. I think the issue has to do with knit pay addon.

    Hi there, thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro.

    The discount code should be assigned to the order that its applied to and shown in the Orders page. This is however handled on a per-gateway basis.

    If this isn’t happening, then the KnitPay Add On is likely not recording the discount code use on the order.

    As this Add On is developed and supported by a third-party developer, please reach out directly to them for further assistance with this.
