    Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro, I’m sorry to hear about this issue you are facing.

    Could you please let me know what payment gateway are you using at checkout? Could you also run a test checkout with the “Test” payment gateway and let me know if that updates the uses?

    We are using Knit pay and in testing mode only but the no of uses is still not updating…

    Secondly in the orders section, the discount code used is also not shown

    Please check there seems no connection in both the places as far as discount code is concerned..

    Please can you test this with another gateway, and not changing the mode to “test”.

    I’ve seen in the past that custom gateways don’t add in functionality for discount codes and could be the cause. Please can you try ‘Check’ or any other default gateway that comes bundled with Paid Memberships Pro?

    one more problem I noticed is that when a discount code of 100% discount (which makes the total value to 0 (zero) I.e. 100% discount) the billing address section & fields goes away, why is this happening?… we need the billing address section to be there even when a 100% discount is applied…

    secondly, once the discount code is applied there is no way to remove it unless we refresh the page, is there a way to remove it or delete it… I tried to click on the change your discount code and remove it and press apply but it does not work…

    This is standard checkout functionality, when there is no value at all to pay, there is no need to collect the billing address as there is no billing required.

    It’s like someone saying i am a man on a webform and you asking them if they are pregnant. There will be some code somewhere that checks cart total and says if $cartotal > 0 show this else nothing, or some equivalent, hopefully a dev gets back to you, but it is unusual to ask for billing details when no billing is taking place.

    Thanks for the feedback @rakesh1974, as @kenn_icuk mentioned by default we do not show billing fields for $0 levels as these are not needed.

    Regarding to remove the discount code once applied, refreshing is the best way to achieve this. I have passed this information onto our development team to investigate further.
