Discount for selected variation per product

I’m having trouble with the pricing of my variation like this kind of situation
I set the product pricing like this

50$ from small size up to large size
100$ to large size
150$ to extra large size

what I want to do like this in the discount system
for every 100 pcs of small to large they have this 40$ flat rate discount
for every 1000 pcs of small to large they have this 30$ flat rate discount

now for large & extra large
I want separate discount system for them which I can’t
when I go to bulk discount tab what it only offers me is 1 product discount which it will not work if I have product variation with different prices even if I use percentage discount
